Forest Ash Square Wall Sculpture

Forest Ash is a square ash wood wall sculpture inspired by the vertical rhythm of a forest. Layered carved lines recall trunks, branches and dense vegetation, creating a surface that appears calm from a distance and increasingly complex as the viewer approaches.

The square perimeter gives the organic relief a clear architectural frame. Light travels across the ridges and settles into the deeper cuts, changing the sculpture from crisp and graphic in direct light to softer and more immersive in the evening.

Designed by architect Edoardo Cavallaro and made in Italy in collaboration with Angelo, an artisan with more than fifty years of woodworking experience, every piece is finished by hand after the initial carving. The natural grain of ash remains visible in the brown edition, while the black finish intensifies contrast and shadow.

Choose a brown or black finish in sizes from 60 to 120 cm. The matte protective surface is easy to care for, and the sculpture ships in a reinforced wooden crate, ready to hang with mounting hardware included.
