The Fire iroko

The Fire is a round wall sculpture inspired by the quiet movement of a flame. The surface is carved into flowing vertical ribbons that rise and fold, creating depth, rhythm, and a changing play of light and shadow. It is a piece designed to feel alive on the wall, never flat, never identical from one moment to the next.

This sculpture is created by an architect and made in Italy with the mastery of a craftsman who has over 50 years of experience working with wood. Design and making are not separated here. The concept, proportions, and relief are developed with an architectural eye, then brought to life through a slow, precise process that prioritizes material quality and finishing.

We do not start from ready made panels. We start from carefully selected iroko logs. The wood is cut, prepared, and worked step by step in our workshop so we can control quality from the very beginning. Every piece has its own grain, tone, and character, and the hand finishing makes each sculpture one of a kind.

The surface is protected with a pure acrylic varnish and completed with a thin coat of natural oil. This treatment preserves the tactile quality of the wood and helps keep it easy to clean over time.

Choose finish and size from the dropdown, available in iroko or black, from 60 to 120 cm. The sculpture ships in a reinforced wooden crate for maximum protection and arrives ready to hang, with hooks and wall screws included. Please make sure the wall is suitable for the support hook and use the correct anchors for plasterboard or lightweight walls.
