Wind & Earth Iroko Square Wall Sculpture

Wind & Earth is a square iroko wall sculpture inspired by the meeting of air and land. Wind-shaped contours, soft ridges and geological layers move across the carved surface, creating a natural rhythm of depth, light and shadow.

The disciplined square format gives the organic relief an architectural frame. From the front, the composition feels calm and balanced; seen from an angle, its carved valleys and projecting ridges become more pronounced as daylight moves across the wood.

Designed by architect Edoardo Cavallaro and made in Italy in collaboration with Angelo, an artisan with more than fifty years of woodworking experience, each sculpture begins with carefully selected iroko logs prepared in the squareoff workshop. After the initial carving, the profiles and recesses are refined by hand. Natural variations in grain and tone make every piece unique.

The surface is protected with a high-purity acrylic varnish and a thin coat of natural oil. Wind & Earth is available in square sizes from 60 to 120 cm and ships in a reinforced wooden crate, ready to hang with mounting hardware included.
